We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer returns or exchanges in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Eligibility and Timeframe
All products (keyboards, Mice and accessories) are eligible for a return or exchange if they do not meet your expectation within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, all items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- In the original packaging with all components, accessories, and manuals included.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Keyboards and Mice: Return or Exchange
Keyboards and Mice are eligible for both returns for a refund or an exchange for a different product within the 7-day period.
To initiate a return or exchange for a keyboard and Mouse:
- Contact us at support@cliqkeys.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or ship the exchange item within 1-2 business days.
Accessories: Exchange Only
Accessories (such as keycaps, wrist rests, cables, mouse pads, mouse dust covers etc.) are eligible for exchange only. We do not offer monetary refunds for accessories.
To initiate an exchange for an accessory:
- Contact us at support@cliqkeys.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange it for within 7 days of delivery.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the accessory, we will ship the replacement item or issue store credit within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a keyboard, Mouse the cost of original shipping will not be included.
- Note that refund posting times to your original payment method are controlled by your bank or payment processor and may take an additional 3-5 business days.
