Warranty Policy

At CliqKeys, we care about your experience as much as the products we sell. Every mechanical keyboard, switch, keycap, and accessory is crafted to deliver performance, durability, and reliability. To give you peace of mind, we provide a limited warranty on our products.

Warranty Period

Mechanical keyboards: 12 months from the date of purchase

Switches & keycaps: 6 months from the date of purchase

(The warranty period may vary for specific models or limited editions. Please check product details.)

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (keycap fading, scratches, etc.)

Damage caused by misuse, spills, or improper handling

Accessories not cover in warranty like:- keycaps, switches etc.

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Products purchased from non-authorized sellers

Warranty Claim Process

Contact us at support@cliqkeys.com with your order ID, proof of purchase, and issue details.

Our support team will review your claim and may request photos/videos for verification.

If approved, we will provide a repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the issue.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

If the product issue is due to our fault, we cover the shipping costs.

For other cases, customers may need to bear return shipping charges.

1. Keyboard and Mouse Warranty Period

All keyboards and Mice are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 12 months starting from the original date of purchase.

2. Coverage Details

The 12-month warranty is strictly limited to the following internal components:

● Motherboard (PCB)
● Bluetooth Module

Note: The warranty explicitly covers only the Motherboard and the Bluetooth Module. Rest all the parts of the keyboard and mouse do not come under warranty. This applies to all keyboards and mice sold and includes (but is not limited to):

● Keycaps
● Switches (Mechanical, magnetic or Optical, etc.
● Cables
● Casing/Body
● Batteries
● Stabilizers
● Damage due to wear and tear, or accidental/user-inflicted damage.

3. Claim Procedure 

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@cliqkeys.com with the following information:

● Order number
● Date of purchase
● Detailed description of the defect
● Supporting photos or videos of the issue

4. Non-Warrenty Products

● Extra Switches
● Extra Keycaps
● And other accessories.
