Refund Policy

Applicability and Eligibility

  • Keyboards and Mice: Refunds are only available for purchases of keyboards and mice.

    Accessories Excluded: Purchases of any and all accessories (e.g., keycaps, cables, switches, wrist rests, mouse pads and mouse dust covers ) are final and not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Our Right to Refuse or Cancel

We reserve the unconditional right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Cancel any order for any reason or obligation.
  • Refuse a refund request for any reason.
  • Issue a full or partial refund for any order, including canceled orders or those with extenuating circumstances.

Refund Processing Time

  • Our Processing: Once a refund is approved, we commit to initiating the process within 24 hours.
  • Bank Processing Time: After we initiate the refund, the actual time it takes for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method is entirely dependent on the banking system. It may take an additional 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) due to interbank processing times or other bank-related issues. We have no control over this timeline once the refund is sent to your bank.
